Condolence: Lisa was an amazing soul, and is deeply missed already. Lisa was always there when you needed something. I will always remember the time when we volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and were doing siding on a garage of a house, and using ticks instead of fractions of inches, because finding 5/8th on a tape measure was too difficult, and for us it made sense. Drove other volunteers crazy when Lisa or I would call out 94 and 3 ticks. I will also miss trying to beat her when saying "That's what she said!" when we took something the wrong way. I will forever miss sending you pictures of my daughter, just to make you smile during the hard days. Rest in peace my Angel Friend, I miss you so much.
Condolence: Sending my deepest condolences to Bill, Luke and the rest of the Willenbring/Lesher family in the loss of Lisa. Anytime we would see each other we would talk about our sweet boys - being older moms, we would joke about being called a grandma and she would always tease me that Luke was almost 2 years older than Jack so I was the oldest mom with the youngest kiddo in our class. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her - wishing you all peace and healing as you try and sort your new norm and sending you strength to get through the next few weeks/months. Much love, Ann - SSP Class of '88
I met Lisa through Jina Weis 28 years ago. Our group of friends have created a lot of memories over the years. When I got divorced, Lisa was really supportive and understanding and that is something I will never forget. She understood what others didn't. She helped me through that and I was grateful. She had a big heart and was always volunteering and helping others.
We also worked together at Blue Cross for the past 20 years, so her presence will be missed at work too.
She created a wonderful family with Bill and Luke. They were devoted to making wonderful memories that can be looked back on to cherish forever.
Bill, as you go through these next days, weeks and months ahead, please know that you are not alone as you find your new normal. Please remember to reach out and know you are not alone in this.
I'm at a loss as to why she was taken from all of us way to soon. My sincere condolences to you, Luke and her extended family and friends.
